FLY GUY'S BIG FAMILY
In Fly Guy's Big Family by Tedd Arnold, Buzz notices that his pet Fly Guy misses his family. So Buzz sets off to carry out his plan!
Buzz sets out to put out signs all over the neighborhood, inviting Fly Guy's family to come to his house. Where do you think he put up signs so the flies would see them? In trash cans, by spills, and next to dead animals, of course!
Buzz's plan worked. Thousands of flies came over to his house. He opened the front door to let them inside. Would you like to have thousands of flies buzzing around your home?
Fly Guy loved it! He got to meet up with his cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, and parents. Buzz's parents were not loving having all of these flies in their home as they sat down to dinner.
But Buzz had a plan for that, too! Buzz told the flies that it was time to party! He had requested that a garbage truck dump a load of trash onto the front lawn.
Fly Guy and his family flew outside and had a party in the trash! He had a nice visit with his huge family. Afterwards, Buzz had to clean up the leftover trash. He was happy that his friend Fly Guy could reunite with his family, and put pictures of Fly Guy's parents on the shelf in their bedroom.
