We just love the book The Good Egg by Jory John and Pete Oswald!

It's such a great book to teach kids about self-care and how to deal with stress. This read aloud paired with these book companion activities, will help students dig into the story as they practice important literacy and reading comprehension skills in a fun way!

The Good Egg likes to be good, but is surrounded by eggs that are annoying and naughty. He tries to correct them and clean up after them, but it causes him stress! The book shows how to take care of yourself and let go of others' actions.
